For customers in Portugal, the following payment methods are available:
ATM
Payment by Multibanco reference, when available at checkout.
MB Way
Payment via MB Way, when available at checkout.
Credit card
Card payment through a secure processing system.
PayPal
Payment through a PayPal account or methods supported by PayPal.
Bank transfer
The order will be processed after transfer confirmation.
For customers outside Portugal, the following payment methods are available:

All transactions at Fernando’s Winehouse are made in euros (€).
If the bank, card issuer, PayPal or another financial intermediary applies exchange fees, international costs or other external charges, those amounts are the responsibility of the respective entity and not Fernando’s Winehouse.
The prices shown on the website correspond to the currently selected store/country.
When the customer chooses as delivery destination the same country to which the page or store is assigned, the prices shown are the applicable prices for that destination.
If the delivery country is different from the selected store country, amounts may be adjusted at checkout according to the destination country, including any VAT differences applicable under OSS rules.
The final order amount, including taxes, shipping costs and any applicable adjustments, will always be shown at checkout before purchase confirmation.
The normal payment acceptance and processing fees are covered by Fernando’s Winehouse at the time of purchase.
However, in the event of cancellation, withdrawal or return for a reason not attributable to Fernando’s Winehouse, processing costs actually charged by payment providers and not refunded to Fernando’s Winehouse may be deducted from the refund amount.
This may apply, for example, to costs charged by entities such as PayPal, Stripe, card issuers or other payment processors when those amounts are not refunded to the merchant.
When cancellation, refund or return results from an error, failure or reason attributable to Fernando’s Winehouse, the customer will not be harmed by those costs.
If the order has not yet been dispatched, the customer may request cancellation from our support team.
After cancellation confirmation, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
If cancellation occurs by customer decision and non-recoverable processing fees have already been charged by payment providers, those fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.
If cancellation results from an error or reason attributable to Fernando’s Winehouse, the refund will be made in full, without prejudice to the customer.
Whenever payment is to be returned due to an error, failure, unavailability or other reason attributable to Fernando’s Winehouse, the refund will be made in full.
In these situations, the customer will not bear processing fees, shipping costs or other costs related to correcting the situation, where applicable.
Whenever cancellation, withdrawal or return is requested by customer decision, without an error attributable to Fernando’s Winehouse, the refund will be processed according to the order status and applicable legal conditions.
If the goods have not yet been dispatched, the amount paid may be refunded, less any payment processing fees actually charged and not refunded to Fernando’s Winehouse.
If the goods have already been dispatched, non-recoverable processing costs, shipping costs and, where applicable, return costs may be deducted from the refund amount.
In the event of a return of goods for a reason attributable to Fernando’s Winehouse, the refund will be made in full, including applicable shipping costs.
If the return is made by customer decision during the legal withdrawal period, the request will be handled under the applicable legal terms after receipt and verification of the returned goods.
In these situations, the direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer, except when the return results from an error, damage, non-conformity or another reason attributable to Fernando’s Winehouse.
Returned products must be in suitable condition, complete, protected and properly packed for transport.
Fernando’s Winehouse reserves the right to validate the order status, the reason for the request and the condition of the goods before completing any refund process.
Any deduction applied will be limited to costs actually borne by Fernando’s Winehouse and not recoverable from payment providers, carriers or entities involved.
