United States

Included

Applicable taxes and fees are charged at checkout and handled by Fernando’s Winehouse.

Product price before tax

The price of products before tax is the same across all Fernando’s Winehouse stores.

The final price difference between countries may result from different VAT rates, taxes or fiscal obligations associated with the order’s destination country.

VAT and OSS scheme in Europe

In the European Union, Fernando’s Winehouse applies VAT according to the destination country of the goods under the OSS scheme.

For this reason, the final product price may vary according to the selected delivery country.

The VAT charged to the customer is later declared and paid in the destination country of the goods by Fernando’s Winehouse.

Price change at checkout

If the customer browses a store where VAT is lower but chooses a delivery country with different VAT at checkout, the price will be automatically recalculated.

The delivery address and destination country determine the taxes applicable to the order.

The final amount shown at checkout is the valid order amount before payment confirmation.

Invoices

Invoices are issued based on the details provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

The customer must carefully confirm billing details before completing the order, including name, address, country and tax number where applicable.

After the invoice has been issued, changes to tax details may be limited by applicable legal and accounting rules.

Orders outside Europe

For orders shipped outside Europe, except for the United States, Fernando’s Winehouse cannot be held responsible for the customs clearance process of the products.

All costs, fees, taxes, customs duties, customs procedures or charges required in the destination country are the buyer’s responsibility.

The customer should check in advance with local authorities about any restrictions, taxes or import procedures applicable in their country.

United States

For orders shipped to the United States, applicable taxes are charged at checkout and paid by Fernando’s Winehouse.

Fernando’s Winehouse also covers customs clearance fees and taxes payable at destination, when applicable to the order.

This way, the customer knows the final order amount in advance before completing the purchase.

Customer responsibility

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the purchased products can be legally imported, received and consumed in the destination country.

Where local rules, customs limitations, age restrictions, quantity limits or additional fees exist, these should be checked by the buyer before purchase.

This information does not replace the rights legally granted to the consumer. If any provision conflicts with mandatory legal rules, the applicable legislation shall prevail.
