Estimated time after dispatch for the remaining European countries.

Rest of the World

Up to 10 business days

Estimated time after dispatch until arrival at the customs office of the destination country.

Order preparation

At Fernando’s Winehouse we prepare each order with care, ensuring that products are properly picked, checked and packed before dispatch.

After checkout completion and payment confirmation, the order enters preparation. The estimated time for picking and packing the products is up to 2 business days.

Our opening hours are from Tuesday to Saturday. Dispatches are made from Tuesday to Friday.

Carriers used

Mainland Portugal and Spain

Orders are shipped through CTT Expresso.

Europe

The carriers used are generally UPS and FedEx.

Rest of the world

Orders are shipped exclusively through UPS.

The final carrier may vary depending on destination, weight, order volume and operational availability at the time of dispatch.

Estimated delivery times

Delivery times start after the order is dispatched, not from the time of purchase.

  • Mainland Portugal and mainland Spain: up to 3 business days after dispatch.
  • Other European countries: up to 7 business days after dispatch.
  • Rest of the world: variable time depending on destination country, carrier, customs and local delivery conditions.

The stated times are estimates and may change due to reasons external to Fernando’s Winehouse, such as carrier delays, strikes, periods of higher logistics volume, customs holds or incomplete delivery details.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are generally borne by the customer, with some exceptions depending on destination, order value and number of bottles.

The final shipping cost is shown at checkout before purchase confirmation.

Mainland Portugal and Spain

Shipping cost for mainland Portugal and mainland Spain.

Free

Provided the order does not exceed 24 bottles.

If the order exceeds this limit, the shipping cost may be adjusted according to weight, volume and transport conditions.

Europe

For the remaining European countries, shipping costs are calculated according to weight, volume and destination. The shipping amount is automatically shown at checkout during purchase completion.

Free shipping may be available for Europe when the following conditions are met:

Orders over €250

Up to 12 bottles

Free shipping when the number of bottles is equal to or fewer than 12.

Orders over €500

Fewer than 24 bottles

Free shipping when the number of bottles purchased is fewer than 24.

These conditions apply only when weight, volume and destination allow shipment within the operational limits set by the carriers.

Rest of the world

For destinations outside Europe, shipping costs are always paid by the customer.

The cost is calculated based on weight, volume and destination country and is shown at checkout before order confirmation.

Customs fees, local taxes or import costs may apply in the destination country. These charges, where they exist, are the customer’s responsibility.

Order tracking

After the order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided whenever the carrier allows it.

The customer may track the shipment status using the tracking number associated with the order.

Fernando’s Winehouse is working to provide a more complete tracking experience in the customer account area, allowing customers to check order status in a simple and centralised way.

Important notes

All orders are carefully packed to reduce the risk of damage during transport.

At the time of delivery, we recommend checking the external condition of the package. If you notice visible damage, you should report it to the carrier at delivery and contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

Fernando’s Winehouse is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, including customs holds, recipient absence, incorrect addresses, local transport restrictions or other reasons outside our operation.
