How to place an order

At Fernando’s Winehouse you can place your order through the website, by email, phone or WhatsApp.

We provide different ways to order to make the purchase process easier and the service more accessible to all customers.

Regardless of the channel used, the order is only confirmed after product validation, delivery details and payment confirmation.

Orders through the website

To place an order through the website, the customer should follow the usual online purchase steps.

  3. 3. Add the product to the cart.
  4. 4. Review the shopping cart.
  5. 5. Proceed to checkout.
  6. 6. Fill in billing and delivery details.
  7. 7. Choose the available shipping method.

  9. 9. Confirm the order.

After completing the purchase, the customer will receive the order information at the email address provided.

The order only enters preparation once payment has been confirmed.

Orders by phone

It is also possible to place an order by phone.

In this case, our team collects the necessary details, confirms the desired products, validates availability and registers the order.

Once registered, an order note will be sent to the customer by email, together with payment information or a link for the chosen payment method.

The order will only be processed after payment confirmation.

Orders by WhatsApp

WhatsApp orders work in a similar way to phone orders.

The customer may indicate the desired products, quantities, delivery details and any relevant information for the request.

After validating the order, our team sends the order note and payment information or link by WhatsApp.

The order will only be prepared after payment confirmation.

Orders by email

The customer may also send the order request by email.

The request should include, whenever possible:

  • Desired products.
  • Quantities.
  • Full name.
  • Delivery address.
  • Destination country.
  • Billing details, when applicable.
  • Preferred payment method.

After receiving the request, our team confirms product availability and sends the order note together with the information needed for payment.

The order will only be considered confirmed after payment.

Confirmation and payment

All orders, regardless of the channel used, are subject to product availability confirmation and payment validation.

The order only enters preparation once payment has been confirmed.

If payment is not completed or confirmed, the order may not be processed.

Preparation and shipping

After payment confirmation, the order enters preparation.

The estimated time for picking, checking and packing the products is up to 2 business days.

Our opening hours are from Tuesday to Saturday.

Dispatches are made from Tuesday to Friday.

Changes and cancellations

If you wish to change or cancel an order, you should contact our team as soon as possible.

Whenever the order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to help.

If the order has already been prepared, dispatched or handed over to the carrier, limitations, shipping costs, return costs or other conditions related to the order status may apply.
