Product titles, years and information

We seek to keep titles, years, descriptions, regions, producers, grape varieties, capacities and other product data as correct and up to date as possible.

In the wine and spirits sector, changes to year, batch, presentation or technical information may occur without prior notice.

When a relevant difference is identified before shipping, our team may contact the customer to confirm whether they wish to keep, change or adjust the order.

Availability and stock

The availability shown on the website is updated regularly and reflects the best information available at the time.

Despite this control, occasional stock differences may occur, especially for products with limited availability, limited editions, older vintages or items sold through several channels.

Final availability is confirmed during order preparation.

Online sales and physical shops

Fernando’s Winehouse also operates physical shops, and some products may be available simultaneously online and in a physical point of sale.

If two customers buy the same product almost at the same time, for example online and in a physical shop, priority will be given to the purchase registered first.

In these cases, if the product is no longer available for one of the orders, the customer will be contacted with an appropriate solution.

Errors, stockouts or product changes

In the event of an error in the published product, information error, vintage difference, stockout or unavailability after purchase, Fernando’s Winehouse will contact the customer before shipping.

Whenever possible, a proposal for change, replacement with an equivalent product, order adjustment or another appropriate solution will be presented.

No relevant change will be made without prior communication to the customer.

How we protect the customer

Fernando’s Winehouse aims to ensure that the customer is never disadvantaged by a stock, image, year or product information difference.

When there is a situation that may affect the order, our team will contact the customer to explain the case and present a clear solution.

The customer may accept the proposed change, choose another available product or request another solution applicable to the specific case.
